George, Excellent post. My only question is why couldn't you have posted this info alot sooner. Look what has happened when we have to guess at what Mink is doing, The VSE and small mining stocks are a scary place to invest. All I ask for is reliable information, good or bad. I hope you or Orly will come on SI and post every so often to keep the investors informed as to where this project is headed. As you can see details can get lost in second hand info. Joe

George , Nothing would make me happier than for mink to find not one but two or three mines. The problem I have Is that you people have blown your credibility, and the more Bs printed the less credibility you maintain Dont worry about me Just respond to the questions.George as always things get a little confusing One, it was your stock that was crashing down ward from 2.75 to the .70 to 1.05 range You were down and out and you are right bob did suggest you needed some one .the problem that was presented to me was that Orly had burned his bridges in van and needed profesional help as he did not understand the market. It became very clear to me FAST this man has a strong understanding of the market from years of experience and new exactly what to do.He then attempted to make Doreen the scape goat for his over promotion and bs,When that failed he attacked Rose suggesting the same faults as Doreen,And possibly the same with my self. You are correct I do not work for people who dont pay!!!! and Blow 5,ooo,ooo with out keeping the company safe. The company is not .25 cents a share because I worked for you AND Orly is a Prince.ITS here because you guys have blown your credibility through over promoting Lack of experience and incompetence.GEORGE .I have never denied that I had a colourful past.LET me restate it I AM presently a x drunk and Drug addict, and have not slipped in ten years.YES our group in the hay days of Van,Routinely ran stocks from .15 to anywhere up to 24.00 not once but many times .I was for a time charged with market manipulation as one of the Co. we owned was forced from 1.00to2.00 as we did not wish to dilute at the lower prices When financing.Charges were droped after a hearing.I left the industry As I could not stop drinking and drugging.I so try some different avenues for your lack of credibility.IN endingIF ANYONE WOULD LIKE A COPY OF A LETTER FROM ASHTON TO MINK EXPLAINING THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE PAID AND ALSO TALK ABOUT DILUTION CLAUSES Thanks George for the opportunity to clear the air. PLease try and accept the 25 cent market with dignity after all you guys caused it.BUT AS ALWAYS YOU GUYS HAVE A WAY OF MAKING MOUNTAINS OUT OF MOLE HILLS.

George: "Let's go there..." I would like to respond to this message. Yes, you are correct, there is a matter of an unpaid telephone bill of roughly $1800. Our company sent out a fax at the behest of Mink in "good faith" that the bill would be paid. We later became aware that the company could not meet their salary and bill payments and that is when Jim agreed not to communicate with concerned shareholders for one week while Mink sorted out their financial difficulties. As far as data bases are concerned, I'm not interested in your wife, Shirley's opinion. Our Company as always, has several companies seeking exposure to the small investor. Our company simply passes information on to clients/prospects who may or may not have an interest in the companies we represent.

To caption, does this mean our phone bill will be dealt with in the very near future. Our address and phone number is on the invoice.

PS: My apologies to the forum, but this seems to be the only place that this outstanding bill is acknowledged. Again, George, "Let's go there......!" I still want to be paid for services rendered.

Regards, Dyan Andrews
