DJ,

Exactly what inside information did Zapara possess??

That OVIS was basically guilty of exaggerating their press releases??

That OVIS/RMIL was basically not a functioning entity, except in name only and deliberately misreprented as on the verge of a merger and $10 million infusion??

Seems to me that anyone possessing this information could have discovered it for themselves through some basic investigation and make their own decision that someone was running a "shaker" manipulation here.

But you say that Zapara and Mork were in cohoots. However, Mork claims that Zapara was in cohoots with Morgan and Breton to set the condition of a short squeeze. Hell.... to me it makes sense either way and only the participants and gov't regulators really know what happened.

What Zapara should fear is whether or not he was actively involved in misrepresenting OVIS true business status. I believe he was a promotional consultant if memory serves me correct and had a vested interest in propping up the stock.

Regards,

Ron
