Why not a dividend? I was going to write the company and suggest a plan to eliminate the stock presently traded and create a preferred share, at say a ratio of 5:1. Revamp accounting procedures, meet NASDAQ reporting requirements and then when funds are needed to enhance the company's growth, go on the market with an IPO that would immediately legitimize the stock. Something had to be done to give some recognition to a company that seems determined to grow and treat shareholders with some respect. It couldn't get it from the MMs, so the dividend is another way to draw attention. Tumbleweed.
