Dj, How do you define "discredit"?? What I saw happening was that a sizeable group of individuals here were bent on misrepresenting this little shell of a company as being what it was not... namely a clothing assembler expecting $12 million in 1997 revenues, minutes away from receiving a $10 million cash infusion, and a huge short position which the company has refused to publicly acknowledge. There were all kinds of thing OVIS could have done to bust this alledged short, but they did none of them. And they continued to hype that Asian Investor scenario.. I think the nays just popped your irrationally exhuberant bubbles with the facts, and now you all have a case of sour grapes. Sorry if it hurts, but I call them as I see them. Regards, Ron

DJ: I am not an attorney: law.uc.edu There is a lot in here. It deals with insider stuff, and also misleading statements, manipulation, etc etc. Now, who knows what might happen if there is a link established between Mork and various posters? If there is, I have no idea whether they all come under this jurisdiction. (via the "control" route) This is something for the SEC to decide. Get the sections you think are appropriate, and call the SEC and ask. You will know one way or another. It doesn't matter what anyone on SI says about it, the opinons of SI posters are of no consequence (generally because they usually don't know jack-s..they only think they do) in legal matters.
