Re: they have tried the Circle-K ethanol blend FWIW I just spoke to somebody in SF CA area and they have tried the Circle-K ethanol blend and only comment was that it did a knocking /pinging sound when under a load! JeffG This is typical compliant of an engine requiring more octane :^) Happened a lot to cars made in the late 70's when using regular gas (low octane). In the future just tell-em to look for the DF-144 Blend. We are very lucky here in the USA, our gas is very cheap, and so are MIDLW's. JW@KSC
