Anybody besides me watching the screen? It looks like 1987 except it's only -120 instead of around -400. What a slaughter. There doesn't look to be anyplace safe. Wish I'd pulled out more cash. The FP quotes DeBeers as saying they believe they will have the third diamond mine in the NWT. Down the stock went. The golds are being slaughterd. Only thing I've got that is holding is NSI. From the look of things, I thought the govt had to have raised interest rates by at least a percentage ponit. Checked the news wire and there doesn't seem to be anything in particular leading to all the blood. Banks are down and golds are down. I'd have thought one would be down and the other up. VSE is down 10. That takes it to 556.50. Maybe they should just shut down and go on vacation and start up in the fall.
