Doug ,if valuation matters we have to look at NN valuation: next year 1.34, pe=17 ASND, 1.48, pe=32 65% of NN is high growing busines, casade is less then 50% of ASND.NN is No.1 in WAN ATM WORLDWIDE NOT JUST US!!!.So potential for NN is much better.Size of both companies is similar.Both companies have won a lot of contracts.Over last 8 months NN has much better record with respect to large design wins then ASND.NN has huge potential to save costs: GS&A!,ASND not to much.
