Eddered spoke to Nina Ferrari about this at the AUA meeting. He said she said end June. Eddered might know if there is potential problem.

Bugze, Vivus said FDA approval of new plant by end of June. Private individuals speculated an earlier date. Somewhere in the next 20 days or so Vivus gets the FDA nod, tie this with improved script numbers and detailed foreign sales information, and we got ourselves a goat ropin' so to speak!
