Ok, here is the company's position on the matter.

I asked Larry (President) if the company has been approached by any
parties interested in a 504. The answer is no.

The following is from the conversation with Eric Marchant (CEO):

Six company officials tightly control appx. 4.5 million shares of the
common stock. Not one of these individuals has sold a single share.
Daniel Williams, the VP of Technology, is one of these six. He is the
person to which Microjunkie is referring. Mr. Williams back in
February, before any hype surrounding the company existed, filed to
sell a small portion of his shares. The stock price back then was .25
- .30. His reason was he wished to obtain 5 - 10 thousand dollars to
pay personal obligations. Mr. Williams has not sold any of these
shares at this time. He is the only one of the six to have ever
expressed an interest to sell. Even if Mr. Williams should decide at
some point to sell, $10,000 worth of stock is an insignificant dilution.

If anyone is still concerned about this issue, please call Mr. Williams at 888-562-7872 and discuss it with him.
