It is amazing that the lawyers are filing suit against CCSI rather than Arsenio. The CCSI response was very well prepared and documented IMO. The facts in the response that clearly show that the Arsenio report is (false, not well documented, fraudulent, misleading, not researched, etc, (pick one) are going to be very difficult to refute. I guess Arsenio can just say that he was just in a hurry to "inform" the great unwashed about the massive fraud being played out by CCSI, the FDA, well-respected docs, and others.

Pete, Yes this one will be a clear cut case of right or wrong for Dreyfus and Asensio. The CCSI response by Dr. Maisels sounded good, but did not convince me. I am an engineer, not a doctor, but this controversy lead me to apply my research skills to the problem. I won't try to convince anyone here of anything, but just point to the relevant research for those interested. Read the following article carefully, then follow its references, then the references in the referenced articles and you can get a pretty good feel for this area of medicine and make your own judgement of the market size. Note that the lead article is written by the same Dr. Maisels: aap.org Everyone investing in CCSI, long or short, should do some research and invest carefully at this point.
