Try their 1-800 number... As for buying into TRF - The technicals for the Russian market look bad, the trend is down. Does not look like a good idea right now (short - to - medium -term), unless the market shows a strong bounce right now (double-bottom). Buying could be good now if you are taking a long-term perspective - the equities are very cheap. Overall world markets look like dominoes which fall one after another. I could short Latin America as a hedge (likely the next domino to fall). Overall the situation in Russia is crisis - the current corrupt regime has discredited itself in the eyes of the Russian people and international investors, so there will be difficult times ahead - Vi
