Jerard,

MY thoughts and JUST MY THOUGHTS.

1) In the short term (0-3 months) a major investor(with balls) or two will start pouring money into the stock. The price will rise a few dollars to about five if that happens.

2) Mid term, (2-6 months) institutional investor should start investing in Naxos. If the Stock price can get and stay above five, the minimum for some institutions, we can start seeing a feeding frenzy, especially if the market tanks. Price will hit ten and above if stock is not diluted, by issuing more shares.

3) Naxos is going to need help in getting this stuff out of the ground and processed. They can do it all by themselves (mine FL) with higher start up cost and time to market or they can utilize already existing infrastructure of another mining company. That is why I think in the long term, (6-12+ months) partner, merge or takeover with a major mining company. Or be taken over by another mining company for $$$ cash plus shares in the new company.

Again just my thoughts!!!!

Hey Jerard:

You asked for prognostications---

1. A strengthening of the stock price.
2. A major step towards credibility from the still somewhat dubious investment family.
3. If continued borings continue to show economic potential over a larger and larger segment of FL, the investment and mining community just has to take notice---particularly with CPM's stamp of approval.
4. This could lead to any number of directions, including a joint venture, a buy-out, even a re-capitalization involving a major stock issue.
5. Will we be at the level of being able to get bank financing? I doubt it.

All the above---is JMHO!

A word of caution---we still have a very long way to go---but maybe not quite as long as, say, 6 months ago.
