I realize that BB stocks are not impacted by the overall market, but the NYSE, American, and NASDAQ markets are looking a bit bleak this week. Asian stocks really taking a beating. Check out IF, JGF, GCH,AAP as a few examples. Take a look at their charts. If they tank again tonight overall US and world markets will be off again tomorrow, maybe big. If you think that they will, those types of stocks can usually be shorted.
FYI

LGTK: A good quality long term stock IMHO

Logitek, Inc. (LGTK)
(516) 467-4200
P.O.C.: Mr. Herb Fischer

Current BidxAsk= 25/32 x 31/32

Shares Outstanding= 3.4 Million
Shares Held by insiders= 1.486 Million
Approx Employee profit plan=600k shares
Officer (Pres)=882k shares
Shares in the Float=1.6Million

First off this is a good quality company and a long term investment. THIS IS NOT A FLIPPER!!

Logitek is a good quality reporting company that has done nothing but increase earning and revenues for the past few years. This is not a glamorous internet or new cutting edge technology stock which is probably why IMO that this thing has been languishing between _ & 7/8. This is a good stock to have in your long term portfolio. Logitec provides power supplies, monitors, time delays and various electrical components for various aviation type applications. Among their customers, the two high profilers are Boeing & good old Uncle Sam. They have recently implemented cost cutting measures that will be help the bottom line. Revenues and earnings for March are ahead of last year and fiscal year end numbers (fiscal years ends in June) are looking good also. This company does nothing but increase share holder value through good business. I talked with Mr. Fischer and he was very cautious to release any news due to fear of stock manipulation and from what I gathered talking to him he was quite impressive and is a first class business man.

This thing moves on small volume. This is IMO an undiscovered gem that the MM's are short on shares and would be forced to play fair. The average daily volume for this has been low, like less than a thousand shares per day with many days of no volume at all. When shares do come in the bid/ask moves up for a day or two then drops back to 3/4x13/16. Although this is near 52 week high, there has been hardly any volume whatsoever and appears to have established a new base, especially if the 4th qtr/year end numbers pan out as expected.

Like I said this is not a glamour stock but a good solid (IMO) legitimate company.

And as always this is just information for others to use to make their own decisions. (Do your own DD.) The president Herb Fischer has started answering questions on the yahoo thread.

Good Luck,
