Temp, tried it twice, 36 seconds and 39 seconds on two successive tries, complete and inclusive of all the graffiti on the bottom of the page. And this is a den in Bay Ridge Brooklyn I'm sitting in right now, about as far away as you can get from WLV. But then again, this is the Internet, and I may have only encountered two or three hops from LA, being in the Apple and all.

One try on loading the Franklin home page was 38 seconds here in AK., suggesting that you check your system.

Or possibly your traveling through space faster than normal and your relative time is quicker than us mere earthlings.
