Earnings to be out on Fri July 31 before opening. This is NOT a great quarter. It is next quarter that is supposed to be their best. Also, not sure of impact of SE Asia writedowns. They may not be done. Also, recent merger has used up more cash. A steal at these prices IMHO. Bought in at 1 3/4 this morn. Might go lower since MM's didn't raise ask even with large buying at ASK. However, even near term looks good as fraud detection becomes bigger issue. Karl
