"viene la ponencia" - 'the judgement is coming' ... in a few minutes ... from same source ... this surprises me, I understand normal practise is to issue a statement early in the day of release stating that the decision will come out later. Also, the Chief Justice issued a statement earlier that there would be no ponencia today. I read that on Stockhouse anyway .... maybe she said no such thing, or maybe she meant not during market hours ... ???
