Mark, I would think that the size and diversity of the property would be the key beyond price. If this represents an unusually large deposit with a variety of metals (we'll have to see more info on the PGM's), but a long mine life and economies of scale would play better than other properties in a depressed gold market AND would be highly profitable in a boom gold market. (Or PM market in general)

Remember, PGM's are getting harder and harder to count on for supply out of South Africa and Russia. So PGM info is of particular interest to me.
