So does that mean we really won't know what's coming down until Christmas for sure ??
Or if indeed the land is acquired at August sale they will then spill the beans or perhaps Apache will offer a buy out ?? Thanks

Hi Viper,
What is your guess as to how much gas will eventually be proved out at Strachan with 3 wells or more? After taking a closer look at the seismic anomaly it appears to cover 10,000 acres of land minimum and assuming with 100 meters of pay I am guessing 600 billion cubic ft.

Also what is your take of the percentage of investors/speculators who are poised to sell at the first signs of significant strength for a quick flip?
The serious money in this play to me will be made by the people with the stomach to withstand the expected market turmoil and hang on for 1 or 2 years minimum.Look at how Berkley went from $4 to $30.How many investors who held Berkley at $4 sold at $8 kicked themselves for now waiting a bit longer.
