I don't recall that specifically, but from what I'm learning, day after day, it sure wouldn't surprise me! I'm sure someone else may remember something along these lines.

You don't have to apologize for screw-ups. We all do them. Feel free to post more often. Questions, answers, and opinions, help us all. Look at how naive I was about Hashimoto's power. Now I'm seeing that he does appear to be having some pretty severe political troubles. I'm glad others pointed this out to me.

Steve: Your memory seems fine to me! I remember the same thing. There is, of course, always the possibility that we are suffering a "mass delusion," but I think you accurately portrayed the policy change, assumptions, and hopes. Regards
