I am especially pleased to report that after an extensive search throughout the telecommunications industry, Franklin has found key executives who understand and share our vision for reshaping the global telephony community. These individuals have already made significant strides toward enhancing the infrastructure that will support our next generation telephone company. We have the world-class team we need in order to achieve world-class results!

We are dubbing this season of '98 "FNet Rollout Summer". Our deployment is underway; the promised revenue streams are right on schedule for July. By the end of the year, we intend to be adding several countries per month to our FNet network. Within the next twelve months, that pace will increase.

I am determined to keep you well informed during the coming weeks, as we enter the final stages of bringing our shared vision to profitable fruition.

Stay tuned -

-- Frank W. Peters
