I should tell you - without revealing too much about myself - that my company could care less if NOVL went under next week (well they would care but only because many of our customers - as the majority of the industry - would be serverely impacted by NOVL's disappearance). It would not impact our revenue at all. In fact, parts of our company would be very happy to hear that NOVL is gone. You apparently are not too sure what the ECP program is all about. Our company does not promote or even sell NOVL software. In fact, a few of the products my company produces are direct major competitors to NOVL products. The arm of the company I work for does systems integration, consulting, and outsourcing. Our roll is to provide the customer with the best solution to meet its needs. Because many of my company's major customers are that of NOVL's, we have agreed to work together to satisfy our customer's requirements and increase our own business objectives. So, I have no reason to "Sell" or "Promote" NOVL or any other OEM (except for my own - lol) on this board. BTW, trust me when I say that I do not promote my company when it is talked about on this or other boards unless it deserves it. In fact, I have even put it down in many cases for things it does wrong. As for putting money into a stock in order to predict its future price, if NOVL was a Canadian stock then I would seriously consider investing in it (but as I said before - my interests are in highly speculative penny stocks and NOVL doesnt qualify). I agree that putting skin into a stock increases your risk at being burned by a wrong decision, BUT, it does not automatically increase your knowledge of the stock or the company. I would say comfortably that I have just as strong an understanding of NOVL's current stock price activities and trends as do you. The fact that you might have experienced NOVL's stock rises and dips 2,3,5 years ago means precious little now. I'm sorry but SO MANY ECONOMIC, INDUSTRY, AND COMPANY FACTORS HAVE CHANGED SINCE THEN! How many of the THOUSANDS of factors that have changed would you like me to list in order to prove this to you? The factors that affected NOVL's stock price 1-2 years ago have almost all changed. If it hadn't then investing in the stock market would be a no brainer. So if it they have almost all changed then how valuable is your historical experience? So, to conclude, I'm sorry that I threw cold water on yours reasons for me being optimistic about the stock. But regardless of the points you were making about me, what has this all got to do with the fact that you and Mark would rather stiffle open debate and deflect questions on points you all are making than to simply ANSWER THE QUESTIONS. So I ask you and Mark again, exactly what Rumours and Propaganda has held NOVL up over the past 2 years. Aparently you an Mark have more experience than I on this. So answer. Toy Paul, your experience on how you were burned
