I must say that this thread is getting to be almost as interesting as Mountain's was yesterday.....but darn it, I have to go to a movie with my daughter now and will have to wait until we return to see how all this is going to be ending. Why is it that everytime a stock goes down, people always get into a fight? Elk, you guys did a GREAT job on the chat! I'm sorry too, that you weren't mentioned, but in all fairness, it probably never entered anybody's mind. I mean I know it wouldn't have entered mine, and I'm sorry for that. Your disappointment is something that has hopefully taught me something for the future. As far as Digitcom goes, it will be going up again before too long...and after it does, it will basically be going up for the rest of the year. It will. Elk, Correct me if I am wrong, but the only way someone could be short DGIV is to go "short against the box". This is with regard to shares that they expect to receive, in the future from the company, for a deal they have made. EG. you invest in a 504 or a Private Placement and recieve preffered shares or warrants. You could then short against the box wrt the shares you have coming. I believe it is not possible for individual investors to short BB stocks? If I am correct in my thinking above and, as some suspected there is a short position then it is obvious who is shorting the stock.
