Chat IRF; Hi Dan, miss your input on MIRC. Have a safe trip. She said there would be announcements forthcoming when I pressed her- I didn't mean to indicate that they would be big, but she mentioned it in context with a lengthy explanation of the lawsuit and the fact that they were going further and that if they won these infringements too then that would affect their earnings. She also mentioned that they were working at a reduced rate which i deduce to mean reduced sales and probably earnings. But I perceive that that hit has already been taken don't you? Unless it is a really big hit and she said it wasn't - which is confirmed with the earnings projections she confirmed to you. Don't know damn stock is down today too 8 7/8 - but all it needs is one positive i think. Also the seller seems to have disappeared. Regards Fred
