Penny stocks often do reverse splits while they are in the penny range. For a simple reason. No real investors will take a stock in the pennies seriously. They will only invest if it is over 10. I think it would be a reasonable thing for LTGL to do. Doing this would eliminate a good ammount of outstanding shares too. The downder to this though is that reverse splits are usually bad news. If they do a 1-100 reverse split then I believe we will see it back to the pennies in a short while. Has anyone spoke to Spencer about what he is panning on doing to fix the float(if anything)?
