This is the best part of the release:

"This is one of many projects that the company is currently working on."

News from GNNX has usually come in bunches, so the next 7-10 days could be interesting.

James--yes it is great. Its a shame we are stuck here on the OTC-BB. Unfortunately we are going to lag at undervalued prices because of the herd momentum mentality of OTC bb investors but sheesh, I am not trying to hype but just 1 nice business move after another.

Playing Devils advocate for a minute:
You said: "I like it: no further dilution to the shareholders"

Well what we need to understand is.. if you look at the SEC documents and look at the share increase from Dec 31,1997 to now you see a huge increase in shares O/S. Some of those were given to Logan and his family working at GNNX. So already we had been diluted.. but he is giving away some of those diluted shares to the new company they are aquiring.

What would be really nice is when the revenues start flowing in, is if GNNX would start a share buyback at these low prices. It would be nice to get back to a float of say 2-3M shares. It would be a good use of money as it would help boost the shares value, and help get us to a better exchange (since we need $4 stock price for NASDAQ, and $3 for AMEX)

After we switched exchanges I wouldnt mind if they RErealeased the shares to the float, because there would be a HUGE pool of investors waiting to stock up on a great co. like this. Its just so damn hard to move 4-5M shares on this exchange with the MMs fighting and shorting you every inch of the way up.
