10-Q filed today includes this on stock repurchases: During the first quarter of fiscal 1999, the Company repurchased 10 million shares of common stock for an average cost of $32 per share. The Company is currently authorized to repurchase up to 50 million additional shares of its common stock and anticipates that such repurchases will constitute a significant use of future cash resources. At May 3, 1998, the Company held equity option arrangements that entitle the Company to purchase 40 million additional shares of common stock for an average cost of $48 per share at various times through the third quarter of fiscal 2000.
