To anyone: I'm slightly confused about the prerequisite of server sites for Portico service. IR tells me that only Sunnyvale is equipped with such dedicated servers but that it took only 6-8 weeks to establish such a site. Does the server requirement relate solely to the capacity of the system? Thus if SW Bell wanted to offer Portico to its clients SW Bell would need such a server site, right? Someone please explain what kind of hardware must be in place in any one geographic area to facilitate Portico service. Thanks.
