I talked to Rene yesterday. He said 1) the building permit in Richmond has been issued and the water permit is expected in June. Equipment has been ordered. 2) There is no specific date by which the term sheet for OshaWA has been promised. The lender says that funds are set aside for the deal. He hasn't been advised what the holdup is. He denies that it has anything to do with the court case. He is fully expecting that they will get the term sheet and so is not developing an alternate plan for financing. For what it's worth.
