Here's the S-3 www1.freeedgar.com I do think SYQT has great potential, however I also think it's going lower short term after the news of this S-3 takes hold. At that time I may buy back in.

You guys are kidding, right? you call stockup.com a major financial site. It is a front for sleazy brokers selling sleazy stocks. The insiders are selling their free shares at $1.43. 45MM of them. There's no way you'll ever see $2 on this stock. Never.
