To all;

Talked to Ken Klotz this afternoon and told him about the problem with news not getting to the right places and he said he'd look into it, and maybe change news companies if the problems persist.

About the announcement, a few comments: ISO's, these people put together deals within the industry, so to speak, they are a sales organization, as their title describes. These people do not issue any cards, only banks that are chartered do. They go to these banks offering the banks a service that is provided by a third party. In the case of CLCK, an ISO can use them to mail out credit cards that the organization has signed up for a bank. As Ken has said, these kind of deals are very important because it helps to fill in "down time" when their credit card machine is not running. The hope is that the company can also get some other business, such as processing and statements, which is more continual.

Every contract that the company gets is very important, and all of them cannot be as big as the Millenium deal. Speaking of the Millenium deal, I asked him if we would ever see any numbers on this deal and he said "soon".

I'm very impressed with the amount of new business this company continues to generate. This new business will be reflected into the bottom line very soon.

Kevin
