OK..lets see here here is what I get from it so far..

"The number of shares of Common Stock estimated to be issuable and available for
resale on the conversion of the Series 7 Preferred Stock is based on a
conversion price of $1.484, which price is the closing sale price of the Common
Stock on June 5, 1998. "

so Jun 5 was when they started to sell i am guessing????
AND June 9th is when they came out with the compact deal...SO!!
this means we have been buying all the 46% of the shares that have been selling thats why we have seen no movement?

am I on the right track here guys????
