I just called the company, and got a slightly different impression. Eli, Was very polite (as was I) but did seem a little tired. He answered most of my questions but did not want to answer any questions about current bids.

Main points:

-Finacials were filed with the SEC last week. (When I talked to him a couple of weeks ago, he said in about two weeks, so seems on time)
-DSI contuinually bids on government contracts, but did not want to talk about specifics.
-Has performed work directly with the govt and as a subcontractor. Has subcontracted to Litton industries and to Raytheon.

------------
The government has set asides for small business. If you look at the Comerce Business Daily, you will see that Uncle Sam awards tons of little contracts to small companies. Some of the work may only be bid on by small companies, some must have small company content of a certain %, ala litton and raytheon.

Another thing to keep in mind, since they are offering surveilance equipment, an award from the government may not be public information. This was not a statement Eli made to me, I say that from my own experience, working with IBM's federal systems (now Loral) in some defense related applications. Electric boats are cool. But don't ask me anything else, If I said, I'd have to kill you.. LOL

DD of a small company is a never ending process.
