I noticed that the person who started this thread made a reference to obscure gold companies in the his original post. I am curious as to what the people who invest in the majors,like newmont, think of these jr mining companies. I am invested in Naxos resources (naxof). They just started a 40 hole tightly spaced drill program to prove out a resource.The first two holes came back with an ave of .09oz/ton which i believe is pretty good. This was obtained using completely conventional and standard methods. The holes were drilled under chain of custody by Kleinfelder and the assays(SFA) done by Ledoux---two very reputaable firms! Naxos just signed an advisory and investment banking deal with CPM. CPM is the premier metals analyst firm in the world. What do you think of all that?
