There you go, changing the subject. My evidence is not in dispute. Even Dickless's unsupported claims are only for the early 90s. What about the waivers granted to Motorola, Lockheed and Hughes since the 96 elections? I'm getting tired of asking that question to a roomful of guilty silence. Its been 4 days that this has been going on. Dickless hasn't been able to put up-- and I'm not gonna let him change the subject-- so he seems to have shut up. Well, I guess its settled. Dragonfly
