The July contract is down to 12.64 (-11) in late trading and still 11 days to expiration. No room in Cushing so who is going to take delivery ? Hard to see how we can make any headway until it closes on the 22nd. Of course, OPEC starts two days later.

Re TCMS -- I have been holding my bark on this one, but will now give my two cents.

I have met these guys, specifically the fabrication side of the business. I have been to the New Orleans yard.

Frankly, I am not imprerssed.

I have a bad "gut" feeling that is not anything specific, but just a feeling.

I don't want to say much that is negative since these are only impressions, but I did not get good impressions from my limited time and business dealings with the company.

One other thing -- do not over rate their construction capacities. These guys are now where near the league of FGII and Halter. Don't be thinking they will be building mobile rigs. Ain't gonna happen.

All that said, I am long some shares for trading purposes only.

...makes me think that the institutional guys know something is up

I think TCMS is too small to draw much institutional attention. I think it has simply been lumped with other oil-related companies and sold off. It should snap back soon.
