The careful investor and the market is indicating the obvious. From what I understand the Ministry of
Energy & Mines (MEM) will announce that they will immediately revoke these work permits leaving the
door open for Crystallex to make application to mine Las Cristinas 4 & 6. I know the delay is a killer
but I heard this was in the works a few weeks ago. It is unfortunate that the media and our forum
placed so much emphasis on perfection of title and the timing for this decision. This was nothing less
than a political and financial decision. The Big Boys were too greedy, vain, and ego centric to work this
out. They were certainly given enough time but still unable to do anything. As previously stated, KRY
still has title..and will soon also have work permits to the richest piece of real estate in the world.

I am still waiting for the supposed point of law that was used here to decide not to hear these already
admitted motions. KRY has title and in Venezuela the rights to the gold follow title.

PDG will use their Public Relations media contacts to try to claim ownership tomorrow but my money
would be shorting PDG. Somehow this decison was the only one to support both the government and
KRY without the loss to the either party. Like the virgin Mary this is also the perfect
compromise.....gonna buy a whole bunch tomorrom....Fletch
