Hi Rob. I think the Crystallex people have other things on their mind, but here are my 2 cents worth.

Assuming things work the same in Ven as in Canada (tough assumption).
You can own a farm, and another individual or company can own the mineral rights. You cannot prevent them access, but can insist they return the property to "original" after they are finished.
