James .. Re"flat to down" I don't think that Intel has changed anything either. What may have changed is the average perception of what was said. At first (it seems to me) people seemed to be hearing the flat part. Now more people are hearing the slightly lower part. Regardless .. I believe that the "slighty lower" part of the statement would cover any possible need for any warnings. That is, unless earnings were to be drastically lower than expected, which I doubt. Gersh
