I don't care about the rest of the insiders , they are employees paid in shares my guess,my concern now is who and what did Mark Strodtman do for the company to want to put up 700,000 shares at this time. There are alot of companys out there that pay there in employees in stock because they don't have the funds at this time,take a look at the French pilots they just settled today for stock and took a wage reduction, and they went on strike,so they must of felt the long term in stock was greater than wage increase. Who are you Mark ??? Where are you Mark ??? Why did you do that Mark ??? When are going to sell Mark ??? What made you do that Mark ???

TM- It seems to me that it would also be smart to be ready to sell as an "insider" if you felt there was going to be a big increase in the price of the stock, they've waited a long time for a pay day. It looks like there have been quit a few planned sales but few have been sold, which to me says they have just been over optimistic of when the price would move up. And as others have said we have no idea what this gentlemen's personal needs may be. Does anyone know how long one can sell after making such a filling? Does he still work for the company or have any day to day dealings with them? Long and back to lurkdom. John
