There are laws throughout the world that are naturally applicable to the country where experimental drugs are going to be used. It is my understanding that Argentina has a law that all experimental drugs that is or will be used in that country, must have been manufactured within that country. Thus, it is necessary to have a manufacturing facility within that country, because the drug is being used there. That is a law. At least that is my understanding.
