You really are dense. You are the one who said Clinton got a bigger share of the vote than Reagan and Bush. You were wrong. I posted the numbers. You failed to admit it. As to the wiretap statute, what I posted indicates that it is unclear whether Ms. Tripp's action was illegal or not. However, whether it is illegal or not also has absolutely no relevance to admissibility because the government is not the party which made the tapes.
