Hi grayhairs,

I have a few shares in Loon (bingo money) and have reviewed this deal with Roberts Bay and was thinking exactly along the same lines as you have just commented to Mr. Saunders.
Loon as picked up some more cash flow cheap. It will eventually provide some liquidity to these former shareholders of Roberts Bay.They are more than happy to bail out from RBR at the low end of this stocks trading range 9 cents a share.Loon paper in demand almost as much as U.S dollar!
All kidding aside lets hope that the Rocky Mountain House skyline is glowing orange this Friday evening.

Take care,
Richard

grayhairs/ thanks for the assumptions. Just find it interesting how inter-twined the world becomes, especially in the Cdn. oilpatch...... Sooner or later the ASC Weekly Summary will show who's there re: private placements - if any of your/my "assumptions" appear I'll post.....
