Toby, I sold some Jan. 30 calls on 1/2 my position and am holding the rest for speculation. Don't know if I will hold out through the conversion and keep holding ALA? I hope the deal does not fall though.

Toby, I plan to hold until at least $32, sell half and hold the remaining i can determine how ALA will fit into my portfolio. --Dennis--

I have over 8000 shares of DSC and plan on having them converted to ALA, I think it's track record is great and I don't see DSC going up to 32. I expect the price to be about 29 and for ALA to stay about 40 till after the close. Also ALA is selling some assets which will give it alot of extra cash to expand with. If I do sell my DSC shares, with taxes eating part of the earnings what other stock should I get??. I can't come up with a better deal than ALA. Comments Welcome
