I saw the insider list last night and was concerned as well, but before everyone panics and this stock is a nickel tomorrow, is there anyone out there that can make an intelligent post about that list? Let's not all jump to conclusions. I've seen posts on this thread before about insiders selling, and from what I remember, it didn't seem to be a concern. I think we'd all appreciate someone that can decipher what that list means. Perhaps all these penny OTC BB have similar lists? Is this one different?

No way guys!! All of the people on that list have sold. Many have liquidated a small portion of their holdings. I for one have sold 400,000 144 shares recently and have repurchased 2/3 on the open market to date. Have any of you dealt with the red tape involved with one year rule 144's? PIA!! The Mark in question is i believe an ex-employee and i do not know his situation. As far as all being insiders, hogwash! Most of this group consists of seed money and private placement money.The term insider is a tag used by the SEC that legally gives directors and officers the option of trading with notification to the share holders. Kind of a caveat emptor. I would be concerned if true insiders were selling. This is not the case here. Doug If these trades (of which i am guilty of) mean that this is a scam, i am unaware of it. Hardly are we insiders. As an example, check out insider trading. Directors and officers are designated by different letters than others. insidertrader.com
