Wolfdog , thanks for your input on the meeting . If you have invested in small O&G companies you know they are at the mercy of oil prices ,even if they are as KOGC , primarily gas . I am a long term holder of Kelley and I am particularly impressed with John Bookout . We should not expect too much out of Kelley before Oct-Nov ,unless they hit one of their JV's in the Gulf . I have spoken with them in the past and they have always indicated that they would go the JV route to minimize the increased risk you spoke of . Again thanks for your info. TOM

I am a little confused by your last note. Why should drilling in the SCANA properties be more risky? I would hope that KOGC does 3D siesmic profiles (studies) before commencing to drill?
