You're right...at least as far as I am concerned...I'm just waiting to see how the wind blows. Actually, my gut feeling is it's going to head back up and I'm thinking I should be buying and accumulating more at these prices.

I think the company does not know quite yet where all the chips will fall and therefore only has a "sketch" of the direction it wants to go. Certainly it will be a few weeks before ALL the distributions of local and fed (state) monies are known. (If any).

I hope Conrail plays "the game" fairly. It is in their best interst to protect the business integrity of the minor players in the region, since the governament apears to be anti anything approaching a monolpoly.

Flippin? I actually endorse it at this level (sell off PART, buy back at lower and increase position) BUT one may be left behind if something really big occurs. The comment was made to induce other comments on a slow day.

Just my opinion.
