Ok the P stock is basically long term investors (18 -24 months). We are anticipating a buyout, dividends, splits etc. ... the P right now is trading at an AMSC of .50 a share at $17.00. Now the xdate has not been announced so basically buying ay $17,25 is really like getting the common for $11.00 for an AMSC of .33 .

Now regardless of what part of the trilogy you buy some have their thoughts of $$$ gain where I want it for as many shares as I can get for the lowest possible AMSC.

Just a matter of your trading style. If you are not sure but want a lot of shares then you go for the warrants and accumulate a large position and willing to exercise each warrant with .50 or have the option to bail out because being the lowest physically priced it can double much wuick than the common or the P/

Now the common is for your aferage everyday medium investor who does not want to be bothered with conversion or exercising a warrant. They are just good solid investors.

Where your P is you super long investors ...

Ok if a buyout was to common and say $10 a share was it hypothecial then warrants you would get $9.50, where the common you get $10.00 whereas the P you would get $350.00 a share.

now at $17 or .33 AMSC $10.00 would be 3000% gain , where as the warrants would be a 3900% gain and the common 1300% gain.

So now you see why people are buying the warrants first and the P second and the common last. Now after the xdate for a short period of time the P will be a great buy but the warrants are the best gainer if you know how to do it.

Gosh I hope I explained that right
