Hans: I don't believe discussion on the new mill violates any SEC rules. The point is, the Company chooses not to make a public statement about the mill at this particular time...it's a timing issue...maximizing the news worthiness opportunity. As for the new highway plan, the Company is formulating a strategic business plan that dovetails with current DOT efforts, ASA Alloy Marketing efforts and certain "independent" efforts to expose the Company to key buyers and vendors. The Company is fully aware of the opportunity and potential and plan to take full advantage of their unique position and product.

Hi everyone, I finally broke down and joined SI. I guess it was the silence on this thread and the reluctance of anyone to give out a few scraps of "INFO" from confirmed sources. Maybe no one on this thread really knows anything? I think "Jim" could help us some. What do you think Jim? Has Mr. Harmon Hardy got your hands tied? Well... My source keeps me pretty much up to date on things and I can tell Hans, Bob and everyone else that from what I hear, and obviously this is JMHO, their are many things "happening" with STAX. So please everyone keep the faith because things will be looking up sometime soon. I am actually going to INCREASE my position at these prices on monday. I look forward to talking to you people a lot in the future so take care...... Bac
