KAA, I won't be as polite as you. Those of you who promised to pay up and have reneged are freeloading on other people's dime, and just screwing this up for all of us. This isn't over, and unfortunately, lawyers aren't going to take our case for free. Please be responsible and pay up. Those of us who've paid up, please DO NOT redistribute the e-mail we receive from Cleve to others. It doesn't help our cause. Frank

Hi KAA, I have not had time to follow this thread for the last week or two. However, from what I have read it seems that you have been doing an excellent job of trying to reverse the damage causes by the WODT takeover. I have two questions. 1. Is there a chance that the reverse merger can be reversed? I think that a 300-1 split would make CVIA/CVIAD attractive again at .00375. 2. Would you email whatever information is needed to contribute sometime to the lawyers. My CVIAD is worth less than $300 now, but I'd rather my money go towards fighting a good battle than be lost due to depreciation caused by WODT. Anderson: We must continue, we can't quit, until everything is put back in order. We start with problems , we must end with solutions. the reverse merger, must be reverse. We are the like the U.S. Marine, we must complete our mission. We must push back out Jack Arnold from CVIA, by him remain has the BOD, we will go back to the same feeling of distrust.
