peacelover- management stubborn, but not bad!

There is an unsubstantiated rumor on Yahoo! thread that MRVC will be raising $150M through a private placement of convertable notes.

Can anyone verify?

peace...hang tight on the pr thing... i think you'll get your wish. management will get the point, as they are not dumb, just have a different mindset from us nontechnical people. i think sufficient pressure from institutional investors will force their hand and we'll see a new pr firm pretty soon.

peacelover,

I fully agree with your sentiments re: a PR firm. My wife works for a very reputable High Tech PR firm here in the SF Bay area and I have learned over the years how valuable PR is to getting the message out. Talk about frustrating.... I'm a networker and she's in PR... Owning MRVC the past 2 years has been frustrating from the PR perspective. PR is a strategic component in this industry and MRVC is lacking here. I'm a value investor, and am buying on the weakness, but man, MRVC needs Executive sponsorship and MARCOM leadership... Great technical products are everywhere, someone just needs to point the spot light at MRVC.

From your post "...a good pr firm that can reward them and shareholders many times more"

... Didn't Noam say he was investigating ways to increase shareholder value?

Thanks to all for the great posts...
